KNOCKOUT At MAGNOPUS

A 72-hour film festival is always crazy, but it’s even more crazy and fun when you’re working with real-time Virtual Production, including an LED wall! MAGNOPUS, the company behind the visual effects of The Lion King and Coco VR, hosted a 72-hour film festival and I was very excited to join in!

Directed by Kat Harris and written by Andrew Bueno, this tiny story is a knockoff (pun intended) of the Street Fighter game — two commuters find themselves suddenly trapped in a game of Street Fighter, where the only way out is a battle… to the death!

This project was so much fun, and getting to work with the new technology at a company on the cutting edge was an absolute gift!
